Marek graduated from the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University in Brno (2007, title Mgr.). For several years he has been working in law, where he gained extensive experience in his practice. For several years he worked as a corporate lawyer in major international companies.
In his previous experience, Marek has acquired a wide range of experience, both in the field of public procurement law, IT / IP law, commercial law including corporate law, civil law, labor law, food law, and administrative law.
Currently, Marek focuses mainly on issues of food law, labor law and administrative law, including representation of clients in administrative proceedings, especially in the area of administrative penalties for violation of obligations in the area of food law and labor law. Marek also deals with the business-legal agenda, especially business commitments and corporate law (business companies, changes in corporate bodies). Of course, legal practice is also exercised in civil law.
In the law office of CHS LEGAL s.r.o.operates Marek since 2018.
