The draft law of the Ministry of the Environment responds to the submitted draft law on limiting the impact of selected plastic products on the environment. This accompanying amendment amends the Waste Act, introduces new penalties for misdemeanors and establishes the obligation of entrepreneurs supplying plastic packaging to appoint an authorized representative.
