Draft government regulation on the adjustment of compensation for loss of earnings after the end of incapacity for work caused by a work-related accident or occupational disease and on the adjustment of compensation for maintenance costs of survivors according to labor law regulations (regulation on adjustment of compensation).

Draft regulation in the field of labor law, which regulates the amount of compensation and the range of persons it affects. The new legislation would bring an increase in the average earnings for the calculation of compensation, which would have an impact on the increase in compensation for loss of earnings in the event of a work-related accident or illness. At the same time, the regulation would also bring an increase in alimony compensation for survivors. The proposed increase of 1.3% and CZK 300 would affect injured parties and survivors who had a claim before January 1, 2022.
